Here is a list of frequently asked questions. We hope they will aid in your decision to choose Highlands Ranch Self Storage.

Are the leases month to month?
Yes, but we do not pro-rate rent. Your rental agreement starts on your anniversary date of move in.

Is a deposit required?
No, a deposit is not required.

Do you have R.V. or outside parking?
No, we do not have outside parking or R.V. storage,
but you can store your car with us.

Do you carry moving supplies?
Yes, we do. Moving supplies

Do you have climate controlled units?
Yes, climate controlled units are available.

What are the gate hours?
The gate is controlled by computer 24 hours a day.
The normal gate hours are 6 am - 7 pm
You can request 24 hour access.

Will I have trouble getting my moving van into the facility?
No, we are easily accessible by moving vans and large trucks.

Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we offer rental insurance through Bob Bader Insurance Company.
Insurance is purchased separately.

What are your current hours?
Our office is open Monday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm.

Are your units inside or outside? Which are climate controlled?
We offer both interior and exterior accessed units; both are climate controlled. We also have standard interior and exterior storage units.
